Caerleon Tours
Guided tours of up to one hour around the Amphitheatre and
the Roman Barracks cost £30, irrespective of the size of
group. Tours of other sites in Caerleon, including the
Fortress Baths and the historic buildings of Caerleon, are
charged at a rate of £30 per hour. These prices are valid up
to September 2007.
There is normally an admission to the Fortress Baths.
Schools and educational groups are free but must be

It is recommended that visitors make separate arrangements
to visit the Roman Legionary Museum. Admission is free but

hillforts such as Lodge Hill or the Gaer, Roman sites such as
Caerwent, Mediaeval sites such as Chepstow Castle and Tintern
Abbey, and Industrial sites such as 14 Locks and the Newport
Transporter Bridge. Trips can be arranged to suit your
particular requirements. Prices will vary according to the
nature of the tour.
